| FT/Days - The Risk Mgr w/focus on 4 distinct areas, (1) identification of risk; (2) analysis of risk identified; (3) treatment of risk; and (4) evaluation of risk treatment strategies.
Resp. for maintaining sufficient authority & respect to enact the needed changes in clin. practice, policy, & procedures in behaviors. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Strong organizational skills, quick response, complying w/local rules/regulations and developing effective communication skills need to be incorporated into everyday practice. Master or PhD level pref. 10 yrs exp. as a Risk /QI Mgr in a hosp setting, pref.

| Performs a variety of task and operations to prepare and bake specialty food items following standard practices and procedures. Prepares, seasons and cooks vegetables, soups, sauces and breakfast foods. Uses correct recipes, tallies and prescribes therapeutic diets for patients, guests and employees. Assumes responsibility for general sanitation of cooking and serving area. Complies with regulatory requirements. Serves on tray-line, cafeteria, and washes pots.
High school graduate preferred. Ability to follow minimal written instructions. Ability to read and comprehend daily menus and production sheets. Previous institutional or volume restaurant experience as a baker, or related vocational experience preferred. |

| FT Days
Oversees the credentialing process for all practitioners request appointment to staff.
Arranges for temp privileges for all practitioners.
Administers orientation of all new practitioners on the staff to the hospital.
Schedules Medical Staff committee meetings on monthly basis.

| Provides Nursing care to assigned patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with the objectives,policies and procedures of the hospital and the State Nurse Practice Act. Maintains the standards of the Nursing care established. Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning. Current licensure. |

| Nursing Supervisor assumes administrative responsibility for the overall performance and staffing of nursing personnel and the patient care for all units in the hospital during the assigned shift and in the absence of the Nurse Executive and Assistant Nurse Executive. Handles all emergency situations that occur in the absence of the Nurse Executive, notifies appropriate administrative persons of major incidents or emergency situations. |

POSITION TITLE: Social Worker I (Master’s Prepared)
DEPARTMENT: Social Work
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides direct and indirect clinical and case work services, including but not limited to, psychosocial assessments, group therapy, family therapy, and case management.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
MSW degree or Master in Psychology degree from accredited school. Knowledge of professional standards and code of ethics. Knowledge of JCAHO standards and Title 22. Minimum of one year of inpatient psychiatric experience preferred. Depending upon assignment, demonstrated competence in work with the following populations: adolescents, geriatric and chemical dependency.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to use computer, typewriter and copy machine.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS:
Social Work office and patient care areas.
